Cancellation & Refund policy

At Refresh and Renew Spa and Boutique, we strive to provide the highest level of service and quality products. We value your business and have established these policies to ensure a fair and professional environment for all our clients. Please review our guidelines regarding service cancellations, retail returns, and gift card purchases. All transactions are processed in USD. By booking a service or making a purchase, you agree to these terms. Our goal is to maintain a seamless experience while respecting the schedules of our talented specialists.

Spa Service Cancellations

We require a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of spa services including massages, facials, nails, lashes, brows, pedicures and all of our services. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any deposit paid. No-shows will be charged the 50% or the full service amount, depending on the service providers wishes. Deposits are required for specific bookings and are non-refundable if the cancellation window is missed.

Retail and Online Order Returns

Unopened retail products in original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase with a receipt. Online orders with shipping issues or damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. All gift cards and service packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
